Just let me know within 24 hours of delivery. Shoot me a message explaining the issue and attach some photos. It'll be a huge help since I always snap pics of everything before packaging it. Once I receive the incorrect item back, I'll gladly replace it for you.

My item shows as delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
First, please make sure to thoroughly check your mail, especially if you ordered coasters, ornaments, or decals. These items are shipped in rigid mailers and may not be in a box, making them easy to overlook. Sometimes, a package may be marked as delivered but take a few more days to actually show up at your doorstep. While I can't explain why this happens, it's also worth checking with other household members and neighbors in case it was delivered to them by mistake.

I strive to make sure that all my items look exactly as they do in the photos. However, since each item is handmade by me, achieving absolute perfection every time can be challenging.
